Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-counselor role based in Gurugram. The Tele-counselor will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners, providing accurate information about Frankfinn’s courses, training programs, and career opportunities. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining program benefits and admission processes, maintaining call logs and lead records in CRM tools, and following up with potential candidates to support conversions and enrollments. The role also involves conducting basic needs assessments, offering guidance on suitable courses, and coordinating with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Tele-counselors are expected to meet call and conversion targets while delivering a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and the ability to explain information simply and confidently.
• Candidates should possess customer service and counseling skills, such as empathy, patience, problem-solving, and a consultative approach to guiding prospective learners.
• Candidates should possess telecalling and sales skills, including comfort with high call volumes, lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and conversion-focused interactions.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, CRM usage, record-keeping, and time management.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, email, and online communication tools.
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include prior experience in counseling, telemarketing, or education/training services; knowledge of aviation or hospitality training; and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (graduate degree preferred).
• Candidates should demonstrate a professional attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work in a target-driven environment, and comfort working on-site
