Role Responsibilities.

Make outbound calls to patients to provide information about hospital services, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
Respond to inbound calls from patients seeking information about medical services, insurance coverage, or general inquiries.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with patients over the phone.
Listen attentively to patient concerns and provide appropriate assistance or guidance, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Verify patient information and update records accurately in the Software.
Follow up with patients to confirm appointment details, provide reminders, and address any last-minute changes.
Take follow up with patients regarding advised surgery.
Preferred candidate profile

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to multitask efficiently.

· Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.

· Health care or Hospital background preferred.
