Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/prospects to promote products or services.
Respond to incoming calls from customers with inquiries.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Record feedback and report on telecalling performance to supervisors.
Requirements:
High school, diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Ability to speak multiple regional languages.
Knowledge of basic sales techniques.
