Make outbound/inbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its real estate projects.
Qualify leads based on client requirements and interest in our property offerings.
Schedule appointments or site visits for clients with the sales team.
Provide information to clients regarding pricing, features, and benefits of different properties.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details and interaction history.
Follow up on inquiries from potential customers and ensure timely responses.
Assist in resolving customer queries and providing additional information as required.
Meet daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
Continuously improve knowledge of current real estate market trends and company offerings
