Tele Caller Executive

Must have good English communication skill
Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Generate leads that develop into new customers
Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Maintaining and updating database with relevant customer information
Comfortable with working on laptop/desktop, entering data etc.
