Job Summary
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending loan payments, follow-ups, payment reminders, and maintaining proper call records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for loan payment follow-ups.
Remind customers about overdue EMIs and pending payments.
Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with collection and field teams when required.
Achieve daily calling and collection targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
