The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides a range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segments. We launched in 2020, so yes we’re an early-stage startup but, within the last 2 years, we have launched 200+ premium products and have started hitting 1000+ daily orders so we know our products rule! TWS is funded by Logx ventures. We plan to create a brand that brings no-nonsense, simple, and natural products to the masses so we can all get some help taking care of our bodies.
We need your help getting the word out! We are looking for excellent Inside Sales executives to join our sales team who will help our customers select the right products as per their needs.
Here’s what you will do:
● Consult customers on various products depending on their skin type, problems, etc. ● Keep customers informed and updated on prices and promotions
● Maintaining customer relations through follow-up calls and emails
● Maintain and analyze customer feedback to understand patterns and trends
● Keep a track record of the customer’s transactions
● Meet and expand sales targets and established goals
Here’s what you should have:
● Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Beauty/Cosmetology
● 1+ years of experience working as a Beauty Advisor/EdTech Inside Sales or a similar role ● Exceptional customer service skills
● Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products
● Experience in Negotiation and Sales
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Fluency in English and Hindi
● Female candidates preferred
● Experience with CRM Systems
