Jynvor Technology Holdings is inviting applications for a senior Technology Portfolio Manager to join our Level 13 executive suite on Castlereagh Street. This is a top-tier appointment with a remuneration of $210,000, designed for a professional who can oversee a diversified portfolio of technology assets, projects, and investments. Your role is to ensure that every dollar of our technology spend is optimized for long-term value, operational resilience, and competitive advantage.
The Portfolio Mandate
Investment Governance: Providing strategic oversight of the technology CAPEX/OPEX budget, ensuring that portfolio investments align with Jynvor’s overarching business objectives and risk appetite.
Asset Maturity & Life Cycle: Monitoring the performance and health of the technology portfolio, identifying underperforming assets, and architecting the roadmap for decommissioning or reinvestment.
Strategic Risk Mitigation: Identifying and managing cross-portfolio dependencies and systemic risks, ensuring that infrastructure shifts in one area do not create bottlenecks elsewhere.
Executive Liaison: Acting as the primary translator between technical delivery teams and the board, providing high-level reporting on portfolio ROI and delivery velocity.
Selection Criteria
Professional Stature: 12+ years in technology leadership, with a significant background in Portfolio Management (PPM), investment banking tech, or enterprise architecture.
Financial Sophistication: Expert-level understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO), benefits realization frameworks, and complex financial modeling for tech investments.
Methodological Expertise: Mastery of Scaled Agile (SAFe), Prince2, or MoP (Management of Portfolios) frameworks within a high-growth corporate environment.
Academic Standing: Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance. An MBA or GAICD qualification will be highly regarded for this level of seniority.
Position Particulars
Salary: $210,000 per annum + Super.
Base: Level 13, 233 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
Type: Permanent Executive Appointment.
