Position Summary
Do you want to play a hands-on role in bringing a major new system to life for your community? Join us as we roll out NetSuite across our Nunavut operations!
We're looking for a people-first, tech-comfortable coordinator based in Rankin Inlet to be the local technology and systems resource for our NetSuite implementation. Training content and formal delivery are owned by the project team; you'll be the on-the-ground support person: reinforcing what's been taught, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and helping employees navigate NetSuite modules.
This starts as a term position, with the intent to evaluate turning it into an ongoing role for future technology initiatives based on impact.
What you’ll do:
Act as the primary on-the-ground technology and systems support contact in Rankin Inlet and Arviat for NetSuite.
Support and help facilitate training sessions locally, using content and materials developed by the project team; you're the local delivery hands.
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and answer process/system questions from field employees and escalate complex issues to the implementation team.
