Job Title: Technical Trainee (On-Site)
Location: Schaumburg, IL Work Authorization: OPT/CPT Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Trainee to gain hands-on experience in software, IT, or data-related projects. This position is fully on-site and ideal for OPT/CPT F-1 students local to Schaumburg, IL.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Support documentation, data analysis, and reporting tasks
• Participate in team projects and technical training programs
• Learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
• Eligible for OPT or CPT (F-1 visa)
• Degree or background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Local to Schaumburg, IL and able to work on-site
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
