Job Description
Digitron . delivers integrated Electronic Security and ELV solutions across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our project execution and customer support team across Rajasthan.
The position is suitable for professionals with experience in surveillance systems, access control technologies, and network infrastructure who enjoy field-based technical work and customer interaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Execute commissioning and support activities for surveillance and security systems.
Configure and maintain IP-based CCTV and video monitoring solutions.
Assist in deployment and servicing of access control and attendance management systems.
Support network infrastructure setup, including switches, routers, and communication devices.
Perform system diagnostics and root-cause analysis for technical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks at customer locations.
Coordinate with project managers and service teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Generate service documentation, site reports, and technical records.
Provide technical guidance during system upgrades and expansions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and company quality standards.
Candidate Profile
Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems or networking projects.
Experience in handling customer-facing technical assignments.
