• Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Attending breakdown calls and preventive calls. Repair of equipment and hand instrument at our workshop.
• AMC Follow-up, Training to New Engineer & Stock checking.
• Installation and Demo of various medical products.
• Checking equipment before dispatch to customer anywhere in India.
• Providing technical support as required time to time.
• Installation and commissioning of security system.
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in ME/EE/E&C/Biomedical Engineering
