Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional SEO as well as emerging search optimization strategies, including AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and enhancing search performance across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved search engine rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work closely with the development team to resolve indexing, crawling, performance, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Implement and manage On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Technical SEO best practices.
• Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns, outreach activities, guest posting, and digital PR initiatives.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and platforms using AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Improve brand visibility across AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search experiences.
• Create and optimize FAQ content, schema markup, structured data, and knowledge-based content to enhance visibility in featured snippets and AI-generated results.
• Develop and implement SEO-driven lead generation strategies to increase qualified inbound leads and conversions.
• Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, backlinks, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, AI search developments, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Google Analytics and SEO certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with SaaS, IT services, software products, or technology companies is preferred.
