The Job
Role broadly covers the following:(i) Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.(ii) Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process(iii) Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities(iv) Preparing Offer/Appointment letters(v) Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management(vi) Monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality(vii) Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee(viii) Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization(ix) Oversee daily operations of the HR department Selection Procedure for Pandit Deendayal Energy University HR Personnel Recruitment 2021:1. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidate for being called for the selection process.2. Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
