Minimum Requirements
A personal laptop with Intel i3 processor or higher
Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
Stable high-speed internet connection
Power backup (inverter or UPS)
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients for IT staffing and recruitment services
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles
Conduct telephonic or video interviews and evaluate candidate fit
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle (from sourcing to onboarding)
Maintain effective communication with both candidates and clients
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
