Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of IT/engineering roles, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within timelines. Job Type: Fully Remote. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) Understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience Negotiate offers and support offer rollout and onboarding Maintain recruitment data and reports in ATS or tracking sheets Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field 35 years of experience in technical recruitment (APAC) Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment WHATS ON OFFER You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
