About the Role

realdrseattle® marketing is seeking a senior-level Technical Project Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead, manage, and contribute directly to the execution of full-stack development projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and project oversight capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for building high-performing development teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.
Plan, manage, and execute technical projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, marketing strategists, and senior management.
Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions across a range of platforms.
Review code, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure best practices in development.
Manage deployments, version control, and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical deliverables.
Required Skills Technologies

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with the following:

Frontend:
React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, WordPress (with Elementor)

Backend Server:
Node.js, Core PHP, Python, Socket.io

Database Storage:
MongoDB, MySQL

DevOps Cloud:
Docker, AWS

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development
Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of web architecture, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
Work Schedule Environment

In-Person Role (No remote option)
Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
