Technical Presales

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, technical environments, and existing systems.

• Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase the value of our solutions.

• Translate client requirements into feasible technical proposals and solutions.

• Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and our capabilities.

• Provide technical responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).

• Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates for potential client projects.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to effectively communicate our competitive advantage.

• Participate in technical discussions and workshops with clients, understanding their pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project handoffs from pre-sales to delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting role within the software product engineering services domain.

• Strong understanding of complex client-server architecture and various technology stacks.

• Proficiency in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs is a plus.

• Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable
