Hiring: Technical Manager (Telecom Passive)

CTC: Up to ₹35000 To 40000/- per month
Job Requirements
• Diploma / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Telecom Passive Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of DG, SMPS, Battery Bank, Solar Systems, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience in team handling, customer KPI management, and site operations.
• Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage cluster telecom passive operations.
• Ensure site uptime, PM compliance, and KPI achievement.
• Monitor technician performance and MIS reporting.
• Ensure ESH, Solar PM, and Head Office compliance.
• Coordinate with customers and field teams for smooth operations.
