This isn't a maintenance role — you'll architect, build, deploy, and scale the backend, lead a small team of engineers, and stay hands-on in implementation yourself. You'll own critical infrastructure decisions across modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and languages, and help shape our technical strategy as we scale.
