Responsibilities:
• Lead AI automation solution delivery from discovery to production.
• Define architecture, orchestration patterns, security boundaries, and reusable AI frameworks.
• Drive build vs buy vs reuse decisions for scalable AI delivery.
• Implement governance, auditability, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Own technical evaluations around quality, safety, performance, latency, and cost.
• Lead technical incident management and continuous optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in AI architecture and enterprise automation systems.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and AI governance.
• Experience building scalable backend systems and cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Ability to drive technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
Technology Stack:
• Generative AI / LLMs: OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic.
• Agentic AI Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
• RAG Pipelines, Vector Databases, Embeddings.
