Job Description
TECHNICIAN:
Job Brief: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Technician cum Helper to assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV systems and related equipment. The role involves fieldwork at project sites, assisting senior technicians or engineers in cabling, mounting cameras, basic configurations, and carrying tools and materials. This is an entry- level or semi-skilled position ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the security and surveillance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and wiring of CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras. Support senior technicians in mounting cameras, running cables (conduits/trays), and connecting equipment.
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites.
Perform basic tasks such as drilling, fixing, tagging cables, and cleaning up the work area after installations.
Learn to identify common installation issues and assist in troubleshooting under supervision.
Follow safety procedures and work as per company/site guidelines.
Maintain tools, materials, and site discipline.
Willingness to travel to different project locations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI in Electrical/Electronic preferred.
0–2 years of experience in CCTV or electrical installation work.
Basic knowledge of tools, cables, and CCTV components is an advantage.
Physically fit and willing to work on ladders, rooftops, and at heights.
Eagerness to learn and follow instructions.
Team player with a disciplined and punctual work ethic.
Must be willing to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.
