Responsibilities:
Review and determine requirements for submittal packages and O&M manuals.
Ensure the contents and materials in submittal packages remain accurate and up-to-date.
Read and understand internal engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical) with BOM (bill of materials) for submittal packages.
Generate various submittal packages and O&M manuals for engineer’s review.
Create/modify documents and templates used for submittal packages and O&M manuals.
Create, maintain, and update user manuals and templates.
Work with other departments to gather necessary information to maintain and update technical documents.
Work with images, graphics, screen recordings, and videos needed to update user manuals.
Provide ideas and solutions to improve documentation and documentation processes.
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
High-level of computer proficiency with Windows-based applications, information, and document management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Madcap Flare).
Ability to deliver high quality documentation with excellent attention to detail.
Deep understanding and experience with writing user manuals.
Ability to work under pressure and to easily flow with change to priorities and projects.
