Job Description
Position: Technical Development Lead
Organization: Alphavima Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (www.alphavima.com)
Work Location: Remote (Travel to Ahmedabad office required 2 weeks/month for 4 days)
Experience: 8-10 years
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Customize CRM workflows, plugins, and modules to meet specific business requirements.
Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure thorough unit, integration, and system testing of deliverables.
Working with business stakeholders and recommend solutions.
Leading/Managing team of Dynamics 365 developers.
Strong experience with power apps, model, canvas apps, power pages.
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Oversee technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need)
7 to + years of experience in Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Development
Need to have: Power platform development constructs like plugins, JavaScript and CRM APIs, C Sharp, JavaScript, SQL, web services
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Power Portals
Experience with integration frameworks using Azure Logic apps, Azure functions, etc
Good to have: SQL Server Integration Services
Should have strong documentation skills and strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication presentation and organization skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple IT team disciplines
