HND/Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related subject.
Competent in the use of MS-Office products.
An understanding of cost estimating software, ideally iTWO (training will be available).
Experience in a suitable role in construction or engineering.
Interested in commercial processes.
Independent, analytical and result-orientated way of thinking and acting.
Committed to professional delivery with accuracy and detail.
High level of commitment and initiative.

Support the Tender Department in the creation of tender baseline reports.
Maintenance and control of budgets and working estimates through the lifetime of construction and civil engineering projects.
Monitoring of the costs and productivity.
Creation of monthly project reports.
Define and maintain key operational statistics.
Analyse deviation from forecasts of cost and schedule.
Take the lead in the development and communication of technical and cost-related management information, coordinating with other members of the project teams.
Active participation in financial and performance reviews of completed projects..
