Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Content Writer Intern who can simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand articles, guides, and documentation. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Write high-quality technical blogs, product guides, API documentation, and tutorials.
Research and understand complex software products, APIs, and marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure technical accuracy.
Optimize content for SEO while maintaining technical depth.
Edit and proofread content to maintain brand tone and quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of SaaS, APIs, and web technologies.
Ability to research and explain technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with Markdown, Git, or CMS platforms is an advantage.
Creative approach to making technical content engaging.
Detail-oriented with strong grammar and editing skills.
Nice to Have

Knowledge of email marketing, automation tools, or integrations.
Experience writing developer-focused content.
Basic SEO knowledge.
