The role involves requirement translation, stakeholder communication, and project coordination to ensure seamless delivery of engineering and AI-driven solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities - Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams (Engineering & AI) - Translate and interpret technical requirements, documents, and discussions (Japanese ↔ English) - Work closely with engineering and AI teams to understand solutions and convey them effectively to clients - Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams - Support pre-sales discussions, requirement gathering, and solution alignment - Ensure clarity in technical documentation, reports, and presentations - Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure action tracking - Build solid relationships with Japanese stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: - JLPT N2 or N1 certification (mandatory) - Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken & written) - Background in Engineering / IT / AI / Software / Mechanical domains - Experience in client-facing roles, coordination, or bridge engineering - Good understanding of engineering services or AI-based solutions - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japanese companies - Prior experience in a Bridge Engineer / Onsite Coordinator / Business Analyst role Key Competencies: - Cross-cultural communication - Technical translation & interpretation - Stakeholder management - Project coordination - Analytical thinking Nice to Have: - Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering services domain
