AV Programmer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AV programmer to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of working experience in AV programming, including Crestron, AMX, QSC Extron, and other related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop systems integration programs for various A/V control systems, including Crestron, QSC, AMX, and Biamp.
• Design and develop custom graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for control system touch panels, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Coordinate the creation and integration of A/V control system programs, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and debug A/V systems, resolving complex issues promptly.
• Peer review code from fellow programmers, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive software project documentation within the company database.
• Represent clients professionally, demonstrating empathy, patience, and competence.
• Adopt a positive attitude, maintain a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team-centric environment.
• Pursue training programs and certifications for manufacturers, industry associations, and companies as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to deliver successful projects.
Skill Requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AV programming, preferably with Crestron P201 and AMX certifications or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with good spoken English, facilitating clear interactions.
• The ability to work independently, self-motivated, and possessing good analytical skills.
• A strong team player, well organized, able to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• The capacity to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A pleasing personality, assertiveness, and a positive attitude, essential for success in this role.
