About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary Tech Lead with strong product management and development experience. This

role requires a leader who can build and scale SaaS products from scratch, define and own the product

roadmap, and align execution with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be visionary, highly

strategic, innovation-driven, and deeply collaborative.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on AI-driven SaaS

solutions, specifically in the hotel industry

● Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration

● Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless

product execution

● Leverage AI-driven dynamic pricing models to optimize revenue and improve product

competitiveness

● Use KPIs, user analytics, and A/B testing to make data-informed product decisions

● Ensure technical feasibility of features by working closely with development teams and actively

contributing to code when necessary

● Lead the development of Channel Manager and Property Management System (PMS)

modules

● Contribute hands-on with coding, primarily using React (frontend) and Django (backend), while

mentoring team members

● Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product and tech team

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● 4–5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record in

building and scaling SaaS or AI-enabled products

● Prior experience in the hospitality tech domain is highly preferred

● Strong background in developing and executing detailed product roadmaps

● Proficient in React and Django, with the ability to contribute directly to development when

required

● Experience in building hotel software solutions like Channel Manager and Property

Management System, Booking Engine etc.

● Deep understanding of UX, user research methodologies, and product analytics

● Technically proficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and lead technical

discussions

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and

product excellence
