Job Description
JOB ROLE:
Periodic regulatory returns
Preparing the PAN Bank Exposure Report
Compiling, checking and filing the CRILC return every month or as per periodicity indicated by RBI
Compiling, checking and filing the Gift City Return every month or as per periodicity indicated by regulator
Compiling, checking and filing the Return of Large Exposure (RLE)and Return on Large Corporate (RLC) return every quarter or as per periodicity indicated by RBI
Reconciliation of outstanding as per GLEMS / Exposure Report with Fincon Advances
Working on Board Note, compliance note and Substantial exposure reporting as per internal guideline.
Preparing the Risk Control Self Assessment Checklist and the Key Risk Parameters for control testing for Credit Monitoring, Regulatory Reporting and GLEMS Administration
Verifying exposures greater than Rs.10 lakh which are not part of GLEMS and alerting responsible teams to update these.
Submission of the risk based supervision (RBS) document to RBI on quarterly basis
Analyzing the trends in Key risk indicators for the Bank based on the risk based supervision exercise.
Highlighting major risks if any arising from the RBS exercise.
Guiding other segments where required on the RBS process
Portfolio analytics highlighting status on key credit risk indicators
MIS reporting of Adhoc intraday and takeover of accounts to the Credit Committee
Providing data requests given by auditors and Managing compliance to internal audit, statutory audit and RBI Inspection comments
Compliance reporting such as single, group borrower exposure, industry wise exposure, etc.
Automating the reporting requirements through GLEMS. Ensuring that required data are correctly updated in GLEMS.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: Post Graduation.
At least 3-4 years of experience and well-versed with computers/ excel.
Knowledge of Credit Appraisal, Credit Monitoring and regulatory requirements related to Credit
Thorough knowledge of Finacle, CORE, GLEMS and advanced features of Microsoft Office including data management capabilities of Microsoft excel.
