Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Associate Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting Solutions located in Chennai.
Reporting to the Manager - Cost Accounting, this role involves to Perform cost accounting activities for the sites of Flex and to standard cost updations.
What a Typical day looks like:
• Drive Cost reductions initiatives and metrics improvement.
• Partner with sites to fix issues and address the root cause.
• Work with sites to improve their ROIC and OP.
• Ensure that all activities performed are within the scope of the SOX controls.
• The experience we're looking to add to our team:
• (Finance) graduate with 2-5) experience in finance and accounting operations.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Good communication and written skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
