Team Member Special Task Force

Job Role
• Would be responsible for managing portfolio hygiene of working capital, SBE segments.
• Would be responsible for managing soft collection of BKT 1,2 & 3 delinquent clients & ensure reduction of ZERO BKT month on month.
• Would be responsible for risk flagging of stress & delinquent pool to track monthly reduction from this pool.
• Would be responsible for activity on rate increase for critical EWS and stress pool through zonal business & credit teams.
• Would be responsible for presenting and liasioning with internal legal & collection teams to get vintage NPA's reversal.
• To ensure maximum disposal of NPA assets by means of arranging buyers for such assets.
• Would be responsible for controlling EWS + NPA pools' behavior & managing early exit of such clients.
• Would be responsible for maintaining and reporting necessary MIS.
• Would be responsible for controlling monthly pot loss cases & prevention of such hazard.
• Maintain a high level of servicing, Managing regular product training to channels and driving new processes
• Have a good understanding of different business models, cash flows, Risk and be able to identify threat & opportunity from existing & new on boarded clients.
• To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks/NBFC) & Augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market
• Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
• To control Out Of order pool & prevent further losses.
• To control low churn pool & ensure churning is increased & monitored in regular interval.
• Push team for nil NPA flows due to overdue renewals & reduce all 120+ bucket cases under overdue renewals

Job Requirements
• MBA - Operations or Finance background
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Product/Program management & experience in Analytics is required
• Strong oral and written Communication
• Relationship Management Skill and understanding of credit & collection risk
