Loan Documentation and security assessment with key focus on Mortgages.
Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting in documentation and security creation.
Consistent and effective follow up and query resolution with the external legal vendors.
Coordinating with Lawyers and other statutory authorities.
Knowledge of local property related laws procedures
Main Responsibilities:

To vet title related / Mortgage documents of properties;
To have knowledge on Drafting/Documentation, Property Laws, Local Laws and Notifications; ( Stamp, Registration, Rent TP Act)
To give updates on Property Laws, Local Laws and Notifications to the Department ;
To independently draft documents;
To do the legal documentation;
Maintain the time line for every activity;
Prepare and maintain MIS;

To attend Litigations concerning area serviced others
