Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Project Management and Business Analysis for Prepaid wallets / cards and NETC Product. Launch Products / Implement Projects in Multicurrency Travel Cards, Domestic Prepaid Cards, National Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) / FasTag project. Coordination with various department / Users like Business team, Product teams, Ops, IT, Vendors External agencies etc. to execute projects as per requirement. End to end support in the project implementation from analysis of business requirement, understand the requirement of the business and elaborate the details of the project Detailed documentation of requirement/ functional document, solution evaluation and effort estimation, Define project scope and objective and publish periodic project status. Act as a test lead for all small and big projects and manage outsourced testing teams by verifying the test cases, managing the User acceptance testing done by the team. Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by business unit and IT. Process documentation and risk compliance analysis before implementation of any project. Implementation/ rollout planning including end user training/ communication. Work with Internal customers to resolve their post-production system related issues; identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
