Job Description
Role - Team Member CC Secretariat (Part of WBG Credit Support).
The profile would require following activities:
1. Coordinating the end to end Credit Committee Agenda and conduct of the Credit Committee / Credit Investment Committee Meeting held on weekly basis. Activities include receiving proposals from the Credit team to be circulated to the Credit Committee / verifying that proposals being put up are to the correct approval delegation (as per Kotak’s credit Policies) and are as per norms / Checking the Resolutions prepared by the Credit
2. Observing and documenting deliberations at the Credit Committee meetings and converting them into formal Minutes
3. Ensuring proper signoffs from each member as per delegation.
4. Releasing the Resolution / Minutes of the Credit Committee meetings with final approved facilities, covenants, etc to all stakeholders
5. Detailed record keeping and data maintenance for all the meetings and related other activities for Audit, MIS, system implementation etc.
Experience / Qualifications –
1. CA/MBA/ ICWA / CS – similar professional qualification. Intermediate qualification can also be considered from right candidate.
2. 3 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Credit / Credit Committee Secretariat. Good understanding of corporate credit norms and products is must. We are not looking for Secretarial profiles from Corporates or non-banking entities with no prior knowledge of EITHER Corporate Credit OR Credit Secretariat.
3.Open for Credit Analyst profile who are willing to move to Secretariat profile.
