Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Member to join our Wholesale Banking Operations team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling account opening and maintenance, term deposit requests, CMS setup documentation, and client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client interactions and resolve issues related to account opening, maintenance, and term deposits.
Ensure delivery of quality service to clients by attending to their requests and resolving queries within the stipulated timeframe (TAT).
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including RPC, CMS Setup, CMS Ops, PSM, RM, LCC, BSG, and IT, to speed up customer requests and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Nodal Accounts and Escrow Accounts.
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Negotiation and networking skills.
