Job Role
Lead a team of 8-12 sales officers to deliver exceptional results in outbound sales, ensuring quality, call productivity, and cross-selling.
Oversee the sales floor, maintain discipline, resolve officer queries, escalate issues to relevant departments, and keep officers informed about process/product updates, workstation availability, and other essential information.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quality: Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and minimize complaints.
Call Productivity: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a productive work environment.
Cross-Selling: Successfully upsell and cross-sell financial products to customers, increasing revenue and market share.
Requirements
Education: Graduate degree
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in servicing financial products and at least 2 years in managing a team
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas like V Lookup and Pivot
• Strong leadership skills, including team motivation, adaptability, and SOP delivery
• Confident, willing to learn, and possesses an upbeat, positive attitude with integrity
• Self-motivated team player who can establish rapport quickly with peers, managers, and customers
