Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in the BPO department at Panacea Manpower Services located in Pune. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of BPO professionals, and ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery. You will also be involved in training and development, performance management, and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications
• Insurance process background is must.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in the BPO industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of BPO processes and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
