Fashion Design Position
Join TWAM SUNDARA as a Junior Fashion Designer and contribute to the creation of exquisite, high-end fashion pieces. In this role, you will collaborate with our experienced designers to develop fresh designs and collections while maintaining a deep understanding of fabrics, draping, and emerging trends. Your responsibilities will include:

Conceptualization and Production:
• Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and produce innovative designs and collections.
• Participate in material selection and procurement from local vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory, tracking products, fabrics, and consumables efficiently.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and monitoring of stock levels.

Quality Control:
• Conduct quality checks and measurements for all products, guaranteeing exceptional craftsmanship.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.

E-commerce and Social Media:
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage our website and maintain a strong online presence.
• Handle dispatch and return processes across all platforms.

Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing.
• Have up to one year of experience in a related field.
• Be proficient in hand embroidery techniques.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in an industrial setting.
