About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – Telecom Operations for our International Telecom Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience managing international telecom operations while driving team performance and service excellence.

Eligibility Criteria
• Mandatory: Experience in International Telecom Operations
• Candidates with only Domestic Telecom Operations experience will not be considered
• Minimum 4+ years of overall work experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Team Lead experience (must be reflected in official employment records)
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecom operations executives
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews
• Manage operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational policies
• Prepare performance reports and drive continuous process improvements

Compensation
• Maximum CTC: ₹9 LPA
