β’ Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
β’ Share recruitment insights, market updates & hiring analytics
β’ Manage relationships with external agencies and job portals
πΉ Process Excellence & Reporting
β’ Improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws & hiring regulations
β’ Track key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring
πΉ Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
β’ Collaborate with HR & Marketing to strengthen employer brand
β’ Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices & competitor insights
