About The Role
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and seamless coordination across multiple functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Finance functions to ensure smooth and efficient business execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on CRM management, lead allocation, sales list distribution, and process optimization.
• Assess manpower availability, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor, maintain, and review operational records, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports to drive data-backed decision-making.
• Own end-to-end coordination of cross-functional business processes while ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution.
• Oversee financial operations including budgeting support, expense tracking, invoice processing, vendor payments, and ensuring adherence to financial controls and company policies.
• Partner with the Finance team to monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, reconcile operational expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage vendor coordination, operational follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve business workflows.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of full-time experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Operations Management, with prior experience leading a team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) and experience working with CRM platforms and operational dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• High ownership, accountability, and execution-focused approach.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage
