Team lead Accounting

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. ROLE PURPOSE: This position is responsible for GBS Accounts & Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Audit and Compliance Responsibilities: • Month and year end book closing in SAP • Finance reporting in HFM & Other MIS reporting • Ensure integrity & accuracy in all Financial Accounting and reporting • Maintenance of Fixed Assets register, capitalisation/retirement of assets and monthly depreciation runs • Monthly Billing of services to global customers • Ensuring timely booking of AP invoices and payments thereof • Managing compliance like TDS, GST, Corporate tax, Transfer pricing, etc. in coordination with Consultant. • Preparing Inter Company and Inter unit reconciliations • Reviewing T&E claims • Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline • Handling internal & external audits (Big 4) and timely audit closures with sign offs and minimum observations • Supporting Financial controller with all Financial and Accounting requirements Work Experience: More than 7- 10 years of work experience or degree based in finance Industry Experience: BPO industry Education: B.Com/ M.Com/ M.B.A./ CA Licensing/Certification : Chartered Accountant Functional Knowledge: Finance & Accounts Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of integrated financial software Please apply uploading your CV and optionally a cover letter.
