About the programme:
We are building a new undergraduate management programme in Bengaluru, designed from first
principles for a world shaped by AI, entrepreneurship and emerging industries. It brings business,
technology and liberal studies together in one integrated degree, taught by a faculty of
accomplished academics, industry leaders and practitioners. This is a chance to help shape it from
the very start.
The role:
Teaching Fellows are the link between our faculty and our students, and they sit right at the centre
of the action. You will work directly with the faculty who teach the programme and support them
across the full life of their courses, from preparation and delivery through to assessment and
feedback. If you love the idea of learning how great courses are built and run, and you are curious
about a future in academia, research or education leadership, this is for you.
What you will do:
• Be paired with a faculty member to help run a course end to end, including the syllabus, course outline, session plans and materials
• Provide support to the Faculty Coordinator
• Support live delivery in the classroom, including in-class activities, tutorials and student queries
• Manage assessments, coordinate assignments, quizzes and exams, and grade against the rubric set by the faculty member
• Maintain course records, attendance and the learning management system
• Coordinate logistics, where needed, for guest sessions, block modules, immersions and site visits
• Be a first point of contact for students on the course, and mentor them where useful
Who we are looking for:
• A postgraduate degree from a recognised institution
• Candidates who hold or are pursuing an MPhil or PhD are preferred
• A genuine interest in one or more of the programme's subjects, across business management, finance, accounting, economics, product, technology, AI, marketing, strategy, sociology, entrepreneurship and leadership development
• A strong academic record and real command of your subject (preferably in business, technology & AI, liberal studies and entrepreneurship)
• Well organised and reliable, and able to hold the many moving parts of a course together
• A clear communicator, comfortable in front of students and working alongside senior faculty
• Comfortable with everyday digital tools and with learning management systems. Advanced Excel is preferred
• Someone who brings energy, curiosity and initiative to the classroom and beyond
