Manages the local standardization team.
Ensures that flight instructors meet the competency requirements as defined in ”Airbus Training” standards.
Ensures that flight instructor relevant training and/or standardization forms are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Proposes specific training as per A60.4 when applicable.
Acts as standardization trainer and evaluator.
Provides feedback and support to the continuous improvement of the Airbus Flight Crew Training Operations Manual – Personnel Training – A60.4.
A minimum of 500 hours instructor experience in Full Flight Simulator (FFS) on large aircraft,
A minimum of 500 hours experience as Captain assigned to conduct Line Flying Under Supervision (LIFUS)/IOE.
Minimum of five years commercial aviation experience as pilot on FAR 25 / CS 25 or FAR 23 / CS 23 aircrafts in Multi Pilot Operation (MPO), preferably on Airbus Aircraft.
Airbus Standardizer qualification is a plus
Airline Management background is a plus
