Job Title :
Subject Teacher (CBSE / SSC - Founding Team)
Location :
Goregaon West Office, Mumbai (Work from Office for Online Delivery)
Work Hours : 42 hours/week Flexible Timings (Typically 2:00 PM - +:00 PM)
Positions Available : 6 (Maths, Science, English, Social Science, Hindi, Marathi)
Salary : 35,000-₹55,000/month (Based on Competency & Experience)
About the Role:
Be part of the founding academic team for an ambitious new online education venture under the Chate Group banner. As one of the first Subject Teachers, you will not only teach but shape the academic foundation-from content to delivery. Over time, you'll evolve into a Subject Head, leading junior teachers, supervising batches, and owning your subject vertical.
Responsibilities :
Deliver engaging online lectures for CBSE 10th Grade.
Create and maintain high-quality academic content: lesson plans, PPTs, notes, test papers, etc.
Assist in curriculum planning and execution.
Solve student doubts via online and offline methods.
Guide junior teachers and ensure academic consistency across batches.
Supervise live classes, check quality, and report improvements.
Participate in regular academic meetings and feedback loops.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
Prior experience teaching CBSE 10th grade preferred.
Strong understanding of pedagogy and digital delivery.
Skilled in tools like ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and basic edtech platforms.
Strong leadership potential and willingness to take ownership.
Flexibility to work weekends depending on academic load.
