As a Teacher joining our team, we will:

Upon joining our team as a Teacher, you will:
• Deliver KinderCare's curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe and nurturing space for children to play and learn
• Collaborate and communicate with parents to provide top-quality care and education
• Contribute to your center’s prominence, working alongside center staff and leadership to meet objectives related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Build positive connections with families, educators, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Necessary Skills and Experience:
• Strong customer service skills, solid organizational abilities, and proficiency in multi-tasking and effectively managing diverse situations
• Meet required qualifications for the position or willingness to achieve them
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to secure them
• Physical capacity to lift at least 40 pounds, and work in indoor or outdoor settings
• Ability to maintain low postures for physical and visual interactions with children, maintaining enough vision and hearing to ensure their safety and partake in physical activities with them
• Read, write, and communicate in English to interact with children and their parents
Pay range $20.35 - $20.35 Hourly
