Cafe Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

The first in Sydney, designed as an urban sanctuary within the pace of the city, we focus on intentional service, refined presentation, and a calm yet elevated guest experience. Famous for our cloud cakes, viral Matcha's and Cold Brews.
We are seeking a full-time Manager to join our management team and help guide daily operations and service standards as the concept continues to grow.
The Role
This position supports management in overseeing daily service and team coordination while maintaining a consistent and thoughtful guest experience.
You will act as a floor leader; ensuring service flows smoothly, standards remain high, and the team operates with clarity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Support daily café operations and service leadership
Supervise shifts and guide team performance
Maintain presentation and service standards
Assist with staff training and workflow organisation
Ensure operational readiness throughout service
Uphold brand and guest experience expectations
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has prior café or hospitality supervisory experience
Leads calmly and confidently during busy service
Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Communicates professionally with both guests and team members
Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Values consistency, teamwork, and high standards
Experience in specialty cafés, dessert venues, or premium hospitality environments is highly regarded.
