Job Details
• Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field, and CPA license required.
• Manage and oversee tax operations, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all tasks.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster their professional growth.
• Analyze and optimize current tax structures, providing strategic tax planning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with partner and management teams to enhance firm efficiencies and services.
