Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure all processes are followed with accuracy

• BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE ONLY
A bookkeeping and tax service firm located in Cypress, Orange County, is seeking a full-time entry-level or experienced Tax Accountant. The primary responsibilities include payroll processing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and providing business advisory services.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to
• Payroll Processing
• Payroll and Sales Tax Returns Filing
• Tax research
• Preparation individual tax returns
• Preparation business tax returns: C-CORP, S-CORP, and Partnership
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (Business major preferred but not required)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or have a valid U.S. work permit
